At Wables, we are committed to providing professional junk removal and moving labor services. This Refund Policy explains how payments and refund requests are handled.
1. Payment for Services
Payment for services is due upon completion of the job unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. Wables does not require deposits to schedule most services.
2. Refund Policy
Because our services involve completed labor and disposal costs, all sales are final once the service has been completed. Wables does not offer refunds after a job has been finished and payment has been made.
3. Service Concerns
If you believe there was an issue with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours of the completed job. While refunds are not guaranteed, we will review the situation and work with you to address any reasonable concerns when possible.
4. Customer Cancellations
Customers may cancel or reschedule their appointment prior to the scheduled service time. Since Wables typically does not require deposits, there are generally no cancellation fees unless special arrangements were made in advance.
